Deliveries:Delivery Guide: On Low Cost Plumbing Supplies you will find a different icon on each product which gives a guideline to the sort of delivery time you can expect. This are based on product availability and normal stock levels:
 | We keep plenty of stock and these items are usually delivered next working day. |  | These are stock items that can usually be delivered within 2 working days |  | We don't always have these items in stock so they can take an additional day or two to be delivered. |  | We don't stock these items and delivery to us is longer. Some of these items are are delivered direct from the supplier within 3-5 days. Call for confirmation of your delivery date. |  | These heavy Items need to be sent on a pallet and will carry an additional delivery charge, which will need to be calculated based on the items and delivery location. |  | These items are not stock items and either take a long time to get into stock or are made to order. Call for availability. | We currently offer a FREE NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service on all orders over £100 (exc Vat) to the majority of the UK mainland (marked as "A" and "B" areas on the map below) from our warehouse in Dudley, West Midlands. For orders below £100 (exc Vat) we charge a carriage fee of just £7.95. Please note this excludes items that need to be sent via pallet. These Items will carry an additional delivery charge, which will need to be calculated based on the items and delivery location and paid for seperately. Orders normally dispatch on order date if stock availiable and ordere placed before 2pm. You will be informed of any delays. You will receive an email when your order ships and will receive it the following working day. If you do not take delivery on your delivery date and require redelivery you will be charged any charges made to us by the courier for redelivery.
Scottish postcodes included in our standard delivery zone are: DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB 1 to AB 16, AB 21 to AB 25, AB 30, AB 39, PA 1 to PA 19, PH 1 to PH 3

Our own transport and a reliable 3rd party are used for standard delivery and in most cases you will receive your delivery the next working day as long as your order is placed before 2pm.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for them accepts they were received in good condition and undamaged. If there is any sign of damage please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damage will not otherwise be accepted. You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of delivery. Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload. Delivery is made to curbside / ground floor only. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted. All responsibility of the goods lies with the buyer once the item has been received. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transport costs. These are terms of sale.
