Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product we provide just send it back, any time within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to refund you the cost of the product in full. However you will be charged £7.50 for the collection and the orginal delivery charge cannot be refunded.

This is in addition to the excellent manufacturers guarantees, and of course does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

To qualify for this guarantee goods must be returned in accordance with our returns terms, must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
