Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You are given the chance to enter your credit card details into our secure payment gateway with Protx. You details are not displayed to either us nor protx only to the banks for the purpose of completing the transaction.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice and take payment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Delivery Charges We currently offer a FREE NEXT DAY delivery service on all orders over £100 to all locations within the main parts of the UK , from our warehouse in Dudley, West Midlands. For orders below £100 we charge a handling fee of just £7.95 within this area. Orders Ship within 2 working days unless otherwise stated.

Our standard delivery uses our own transport and a thrid party courier. In most cases you will receive your delievery the next working day as long as your order is place before 3pm.
It is the responsibilty of the customer to check the goods upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for them accepts they were received in good condition. |
| Payment All of our products are offered to you on a payment with order basis. Your payment is due to us when we dispatch your goods. We will only accept your order if it is accompanied by payment in full. Payment can be made by most credit cards, debit cards or by cheque. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and a full refund for the items canceled. |

Returns Policy If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to the relevant manufacturers customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period they will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in your home prior to replacement.
If you need to return a product in correspondence to our 100% satisfaction guarantee you can send the item back to use unused and undamaged within seven days. However you will be charged £7.50 if you require us to arrange the collection and your orginal delivery charge cannot be refunded.
