Returns Request

If you need to return a product in correspondence to our 100% satisfaction guarantee you can send the item back to us unused and undamaged within seven days.

Prior to this please complete the return request form below and await email confirmation before sending back the item. Once the item has been received and checked you will be refunded its cost in full. However you will be charged £7.50 + VAT if you require us to arrange for the collection and the orginal delivery charge cannot be refunded.
