Delivery Information:

On Low Cost Plumbing Supplies you will find different icons on the delivery tab for each product.
The top icon gives a guideline to the delivery time  you can expect. These are based on normal product availability and stock levels.
The bottom icon shows the the delivery class of the product this determines the cost of delivery. The cost of each delivery class is explained below:

Next Day

2-3 Days
We keep plenty of stock and these items are usually delivered next working day. If you need to ensure a definite next day delivery, we recommend Contacting us to confirm. 2pm is the cut off for Next Day Delivery. We don't keep large stocks of these items, so they can take an additional day or two to be delivered.

3-5 Days

5-10 Days
We don't always stock these items. Some of these items are are delivered direct from the supplier within 3-5 days. Contact us for confirmation of your delivery date.

These are items that we do not normally keep in stock. These items are often sent directly from a supplier. Contact us for confirmation of your delivery date

Delivery Classes Explained

Although the prices we charge are explained below if you add an item to your basket and then enter your postcode into the delivery calculator your delivery charge will be calculated automatically. You will only pay one delivery charge per order. The Map at the bottom of the page shows the Areas mentioned in the explainations.
Free Delivery Free Delivery:

Delivery is FREE to the Majority of the UK Mainland shown on the map below as Area A and B. Outside of this area a discounted delivery rate will be calculated manually after ordering.
Small Small:

Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT.
Orders under £100 ex vat cost £4.95 to anywhere in the country.
4 or more small items becomes a Medium delivery charge.
Medium Medium:

Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 ex vat to Area A & B. Costs to C & D Areas Vary and can be calculated on the Basket page.

Orders under £100 ex vat cost £7.95 to the Majority of the UK Mainland shown on the map below as Area A and B.
Optional AM / PM Delivery + £5 and Optional Saturday Delivery + £14.
Large

Large:

Delivery FREE on orders over £100 ex vat to Area A & B. Costs to C & D Areas Vary and can be calculated on the Basket page.

Orders under £100 ex vat Cost £14.99  to the Majority of the UK Mainland shown on the map below as Area A and B.
Optional AM / PM Delivery + £5 and Optional Saturday Delivery + £14.
PalletPallet Very Large (Pallet):

These Heavy Fragile Items are Delivered on Pallet to Ensure a Safe Delivery.
Prices Start from just £18 and Vary According to the Delivery Location. They can be calculated on the Basket page.
Optional AM/PM + £7.50 and Optional Saturday + £35.

 You will only pay one delivery charge per order.

Calculating Your Delivery Charge in the Basket

To calculate you delivery charge simply add your items to your basket then go to the basket page. Scroll down to the delivery calculator and enter your postcode into the box provided. Then click the calculate button to see your delivery options and the cost. Use the drop down list to choose the delivery option you want then click proceed to checkout to place your order.

Additional Delivery Information
 

 Delivery InformationWe currently offer a FREE NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service on all Small and Medium class items, with an order value over £100 (exc Vat), to the majority of the UK mainland (marked as "A" and "B" areas on the map) from our warehouse in the West Midlands. Orders are normally dispatched on order date if stock is availiable and the order is placed before 2pm. You will be informed of any delays. You will receive an email when your order ships and will receive it the following working day.

Scottish postcodes included in our standard delivery Area ("A" and "B") are: DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB 1 to AB 16, AB 21 to AB 25, AB 30, AB 39, PA 1 to PA 19, PH 1 to PH 3

If you require a delivery to "C" or "D" areas shown on the delivery area map above be aware next day delivery many not be possible as this service is not available in all areas. For further information contact us on 0845 309 6417. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Our own transport and a couriers are used for standard delivery and usually you will receive your delivery the next working day as long as your order is placed before 2pm.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for them accepts they were received in good condition and undamaged. If there is any sign of damage please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damage will not otherwise be accepted by our courier. You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of delivery. Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload. Delivery is made to curbside / ground floor only. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted. All responsibility of the goods lies with the buyer once the item has been received. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transport costs. These are terms of sale.
