Returns Policy
If you need to return a product in correspondence to our 100% satisfaction guarantee you can send the item back to us unused and undamaged within 14 days.
Prior to this please complete the return request form below and await email confirmation before sending back the item.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. The return can be arranged by the customer, alternatively we can book our courier to return the goods but as before, all liability for the return of the goods in good condition remains with the customer. Once the item has been received and found to be in good condition you will be refunded its cost in full. However you will be charged the cost of the return if you require us to arrange the collection and the orginal delivery cost cannot be refunded.
