A new condensing commercial boiler series, suitable for larger domestic properties, commercial, hybrid and communal systems. Available outputs of 50kW, 65kW, 85kW, 100kW, 125kW and 145kW. These commercial boiler packs are the perfect solution for small spaces and low ceiling environments, with 570kW achievable in 1sqm. Rapid installation time thanks to our new 2frame kit design. Using a build from the ground up’ concept, the installation steps are simple with minimal tools required. Access to the PCB is also easy. As standard, the Condens 7000WP runs on natural gas, but is also equipped to take up to 20% hydrogen blends.
The pack includes: 1x GC7000WP Commercial Boiler, 1x Insulated Pump Group, 1x Wall Hanging Bracket and 1x Connector Set.

The GC7000WP 50kW and 65kW can be installed in systems without a low loss header, when the pump group is used as the only pump to provide flow to the circuits. If each circuit has a circulating pump, then the boiler must by hydraulically separated from the system via the means of either a low loss header or a plate heat exchanger.
The drawing shows the pump group attached to the boiler, this is available as an accessory. Each pump group contains a modulating pump, flow, return and gas isolation valves, a pressure gauge, a 3bar PRV and a connection for an appropriately sized expansion vessel.
