We now offer a collection service for the majority of the products we offer. If the items ordered are stocked in our warehouse, then your order should be ready within a couple of hours. If the goods you have ordered need to be ordered from a supplier, then we will inform you if the goods are not expected to arrive prior to your arranged collection date. You will receive an email from our sales team once the order has been picked and is ready for collection.
We give the opportunity to choose a collection date during the checkout process. If for any reason your order won't be available to collect by the date and time provided, we will contact you. If you do not provide a collection date at the checkout we will contact you to request a collection date. If this is the case please provide this as soon as possible.
We offer the opportunity to pay for your click and collect order during the checkout process using debit/credit card or PayPal. Alternatively you can choose to Pay on Collection via cash or debit/credit card. If the items on your order need to be ordered from a supplier, then we will require payment in full prior to ordering the items from the supplier for you. Please note, that 25% of the payment will be used as a non-refundable deposit, whereby if the order is cancelled or you wish to return the items, then this amount will be deducted from your refund. By paying for these items, you are accepting the terms and conditions of the sale.
When you collect please bring your order number. Other items may be needed depending on how you have paid for your order:
Payment by Credit/Debit card prior to collection: Please bring the card that you used to pay. We will ask you to show us the card on collection for security.
Payment by Paypal prior to collection: Please bring ID (Driving license or Passport) that matches the name on the PayPal account used to pay. We will ask for this matching ID for security.
Payment on collection: Please bring payment for your order.
