The SpiroTrap MB3 offers a completely universal unit suitable for vertical, horizontal or even diagonal installations. The unit delivers a simple and efficient way to remove all types of dirt, debris and sludge from central heating system
The SpiroTrap MB3 can easily be adjusted for all types of installations by using its unique 'twist-release' ring nut. Simply loosen off the ring and rotate the pipe fitting to your desired angle. It couldn't be easier.
Once fitted the SpiroTrap MB3 filters out all types of magnetic and non-magnetic dirt continuously and automatically. This is achieved by using the units unique dual action SpiroTube separation element and patent pending high-power external magnet. As non-magnetic dirt particles enter the unit they collide with the SpiroTube and a laminar no-flow zone is created allowing the dirt particles to sink to the bottom of the collection chamber. Any magnetic dirt particles are stopped in their tracks by the external magnets 'intelligent magnetic field boosting technology', until the unit is drained.
To empty the unit simply slide the magnet down and off the unit (this drags any collected magnetite down to the bottom of the collection chamber) and open the drain valve. There’s no need for any further dismantling of the unit or manual cleaning of components… it couldn’t be easier.
