Delivery Information:
Easter Bank Holiday Opening Hours - Our business is closed on Good Friday (Friday 29th March) and Easter Monday (Monday 1st April).
There will be no delivery or click and collect services available on these dates. Please exclude the bank holiday dates from all delivery timescales specified online.
Any orders placed or queries received over that weekend, will be processed and responded to on Tuesday 2nd April when we return.
On Low Cost Plumbing Supplies you will find information on the speed and price of delivery displayed next to the price on each product page.
"Delivery Time" gives a guideline to the delivery time you can expect. These are based on normal product availability and stock levels.
"Delivery Size" shows the the delivery size of the product and this determines the cost of delivery. The cost of each delivery size is explained below:
Very Small Product
Delivery is FREE on orders for £99 Including VAT or more.
For orders under £99 the cost is £5.95.
Small Product
Delivery is FREE on orders for £99 Including VAT or more.
For orders under £99 the cost is £5.95.
Medium Product
Delivery is FREE on orders for £199 Including VAT or more.
For orders under £199 the delivery cost is £9.95.

Large Product

Oversized Product
Standard Delivery Area - Zone 1
Up to 7 Working Day Delivery Service is FREE on orders for £299 Including VAT or more and for orders under £299 the delivery cost is £19.95.
2 - 4 Working Day Delivery Service is £19.95 on orders for £299 Including VAT or more and for orders under £299 the delivery cost is £29.95.
Outside of our standard delivery area:
Areas in zones 2 are outside of our standard delivery area for Oversized items and may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Unfortunately due to difficulties delivering items to some offshore destinations, we have had to take the difficult decision to no longer deliver to these areas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Bulky Product
Standard Delivery Area - Zone 1
Due the heavy and or large nature of these products the delivery cost is £34.95 regardless of the order value.
Outside of our standard delivery area:
Areas in zones 2 are outside of our standard delivery area for Bulky items and may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Note: You are always charged delivery for the largest item on your order. You will only ever be charged one delivery charge per order.
Collection: These items can be collected from our sales counter in the West Midlands at no additional cost.
To calculate you delivery charge simply add your items to your basket then go to the basket page.
Click "Estimate Delivery" to open the calculator and enter your postcode into the box provided.
Once you have finished typing the delivery available delivery options and prices will automatically update.
Click to choose the delivery option that you want then click proceed to checkout to place your order.
Additional Delivery Information
Faster delivery can sometimes be arranged if an order is required urgently. For further information contact us on 0121 508 9981. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm.
Our own transport and couriers are used for standard delivery and our daily order cut off is 12:30pm. If your order is received before 12:30pm, please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service to commence from the next working day. If you order after 12:30pm, then the order will not be processed until the following working day and delivery time scales will commence after this date. Please do not include the processing date within delivery timescales.
For example if you order on Friday before 12:30pm on the 2 – 3 Working Day service, then the last expected day for delivery would be Wednesday of the following week, if you order on Friday after 12:30pm then the last expected day for delivery would be Thursday.
Please Note: We are pleased to announce our contact centre is now open on a Saturday between 8:00am - 1:00pm for customer enquiries, any orders taken will be processed on the following working day.
If you have been notified that your order is being dispatched on our own delivery vehicles then you can track your order here.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for them accepts they were received in good condition and undamaged. If there is any sign of damage please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damage will not otherwise be accepted by our courier. You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of delivery. Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload. Delivery is made to curbside only. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted. All responsibility of the goods lies with the buyer once the item has been received. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transport costs. If you have ordered a pallet item and there are access restrictions around your address please inform us immediately as we may need to make special arrangements. If we are not contacted, and the delivery cannot be made due to poor access, you will be liable for a redelivery charge to bring the delivery out again on a smaller vehicle. These are terms of sale.
